Shipping and Delivery Times
We work with national and international suppliers to always guarantee the best price and quality for the end consumer! The delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. If there are customs delays and the order is held in the USA, this period until release will not be counted as delivery time.

We carefully select suppliers with a fast, efficient and secure logistics process. After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not included and you have already received your order, please contact us so that we can check with our logistics manager. The tracking code will be sent by email on average up to 2 days after confirmation of your order. The time for the tracking code to be updated on the Post Office website may vary from 2 to 3 days to show the first movements. If your order was made via bank slip, the time between payment and bank clearing may take up to 4 business days. All products, regardless of the payment method, will be shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
